Empowering people to have healthy, confident and consensual relationships through evidence-based, relevant and trauma-informed education that they can relate to.
OUR VISION
A world where everyone can have healthy, confident and consensual relationships.
OUR MISSION
To give people the sex education we wish we had, to make sure they never go through what we did.
OUR APPROACH
You won’t find any birds or bees here - we don’t do metaphors.
Condoms on bananas? Not our thing.
Instead, we provide people with the latest, evidence-based trauma-informed information in a safe space, where no question is off limits. Our programs equip individuals with the tools and language to understand consent, build healthy relationships, and navigate online media.
Aligned with The World Health Organisation’s Sustainable Development Goal Target 3.7, we view sexual education as a fundamental right. Our trauma-informed, age-appropriate, and inclusive programs address gender equality, cultural relevance, and the positive aspects of sexuality. With sexual violence affecting one in five women in Australia before the age of 15, our programs tackle these issues directly, empowering people to protect themselves and others.
Designed by public health practitioners and informed by psychologists, doctors, lawyers, educators, and young people, our activities are inclusive, relevant, and engaging. Delivered by relatable young health professionals using a cooperative learning approach, we empower the next generation to make informed decisions and thrive in a world where they feel confident, respected, and heard.

The delivery method depends on the group size:
For groups of up to 50 students: We deliver highly interactive, hands-on sessions that incorporate a variety of engaging activities to enhance participation and learning.
For groups of 50 to 150 students: We provide an interactive presentation using a lecture-style format with engaging elements to ensure all students remain involved and gain valuable insights.
This flexible approach ensures that we tailor each session to meet the needs of your group size while maximising learning outcomes.

This program begins with a foundational understanding of sexual consent, grounded in the Commonwealth Consent Policy Framework. Participants will explore what consent looks like in everyday life, practice using language that communicates consent clearly, and learn to navigate situations involving sexual activity. We also cover how to respond to and support friends in cases of sexual harassment or assault. In a discussion based activity, we explore the different reasons someone might say yes or no, helping young people understand the many layers behind these decisions.
For a deeper dive, the program addresses consent in social settings, particularly where alcohol and drugs are involved. We explore tactics like gaslighting, coercion, and victim-blaming, and discuss the differences between sexual harassment and assault. Participants will also learn how to challenge harmful behaviours, call out sexual misconduct, and build the confidence to be active bystanders, contributing to a safer, more respectful society.

This program provides participants with the skills to navigate digital spaces safely and thoughtfully. Beginning with the basics of social media literacy, it covers managing inappropriate messages, sexting, digital footprints, and online safety.
With more time, participants also explore how algorithms influence what we see, how misinformation spreads, and how online interactions affect self-image and relationships. Students will also unpack the social media age restriction changes brought into effect December 2025.
The session encourages critical thinking about how online environments shape gender norms and social expectations, empowering young people to challenge harmful narratives and contribute to healthier digital cultures.
As a half-day session, the workshop also offers a deeper dive into online identity, media bias, and the ethical responsibilities of being both consumers and creators in digital spaces.

This workshop is designed to help participants understand the spectrum of relationships and cultivate healthy communication skills. It covers the traits that differentiate respectful relationships from unhealthy ones, whether they involve family, friends, or romantic partners. Participants will learn to recognise warning signs of unhealthy behaviour, such as gaslighting, power imbalances, and other red flags, including judgment based on personal choices and undue pressure. The session also introduces an ethical framework for making informed, respectful decisions in relationships.
Building on the foundational understanding, this extended workshop delves deeper into complex relationship dynamics and ethical decision-making. Participants will explore how to address and challenge toxic behaviours, develop strategies for maintaining boundaries, and foster environments of mutual respect and trust. This session is particularly useful for those looking to enhance their interpersonal skills and contribute to healthier, more positive relationships in all areas of life. For female only sessions we can also deliver tailored female empowerment content to inspire confidence, resilience, and leadership in young women.

This workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of sexual health and education, beginning with the fundamentals of body anatomy, safe sex practices, and effective communication during sexual activity. Participants will learn about setting and respecting boundaries, understanding sex drive, and fostering healthy, consensual relationships. The program also emphasises the importance of enjoyment in sexual interactions, offering guidance on how to create a safe space, engage in regular check-ins, and ensure mutual comfort and consent.
With additional time, the workshop dives deeper into these topics, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate sexual relationships with confidence and respect, ultimately contributing to more consensual and fulfilling experiences.

This thought-provoking program explores how sexualisation, objectification, and gender stereotypes shape the way young people view themselves and others. Participants unpack the impact of online spaces - from influencers and pornography, to the manosphere and incel movements - on beliefs about masculinity, femininity, and relationships.
Through reflective exercises, storytelling, and open discussion, participants examine the rise of online figures like Andrew Tate, the black pill/red pill ideologies, and the social forces that perpetuate unhealthy masculinities.
With extended time, the session explores how these narratives contribute to rape culture, gendered violence, and distorted expectations of both men and women.
As a half-day session, the workshop encourages participants to think critically about gender roles, power, and emotional expression. They learn practical strategies to call in (not just call out) harmful behaviour, recognise gendered drivers of violence, and foster empathy and allyship across genders.

This program invites participants to develop a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of women and girls, fostering empathy, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. Through guided storytelling, reflective exercises, and open discussion, participants are encouraged to explore perspectives different from their own and ask questions without fear of judgment or misunderstanding.
At the heart of this program is the belief that increased compassion and connection between genders create safer, more respectful communities. Participants learn how to engage in genuine, empathetic conversations, recognise shared humanity, and understand the importance of listening without defensiveness.
Designed particularly for boys and young men, this workshop empowers them to become active allies in gender equity - building the skills to support women, challenge harmful norms, and foster relationships grounded in respect and equality.
